Solved the nation's debt crisis!

Yep, I woke up about 2:30 this morning and couldn't go back to sleep for awhile. I got to thinking about the country's debt crisis, and suddenly it hit me! Why don't those yoyo's in Washington just trot over the the U.S. Mint, print 14 trillion dollars, and mail it to who we owe? Shazam! We're out of debt! Wonder why some of them didn't think about this? Not don't get all mushy with thank you's for solving our problem. I wasn't really doing anything anyway.

Sometimes I sits and thinks, sometimes I just sits.........

Why don't we just stop giving money to countries that hate us? Might save a few bucks.

If we did that, what would they use to buy our weapons and food with. Better idea, why not just raise the price of food to meet the price of oil. We ARE the food basket of the world, just like some are the oil market of the world.

But if you made the playing field level, what would the politicans make their millions on then ?

Aid

FYI The country that receives the most in foreign aid is Israel by far.

Nowdays we are sending a lot of money to Iraq also. We paid to blow it up and are now paying to rebuild it.

Totally agree with that! I wish they would stop ALL foreign aid except for humanitarian and disaster relief use, and only have that distributed by our own representatives, NOT the foreign government!
