Not a Hiatal Heria, but as it turns out it was a torn ligament AND damaged cartilage. I developed a purple spot about 4" in diameter (from some bleeding) but have been told all will eventually be OK. It still hurts to cough and hurts like hell to sneeze. - Thank God for C-PAP machines. The air is double filtered and sneezing never happens when I wear it (which is every night)
