SacsTC let me know that the Space Station would be flying over the Sacramento area tonight so I set my alarm! We were able to view it as it flew over Northern California tonight...

..He then mentioned to me as we were coming into the house that it would fly over one more time tonight. I thought I would share so that a few others might be able to see it if they like.

If you should see a shooting star in the vicinity, someone flushed and discharged the contents of the holding tank. The chit burns up in the atmosphere and is mistaken for a shooting star. This is Fact - Not Fiction.

Honest...this isn't a picture of "Silly String" ...This was taken a short time ago of the Space Station as it flew over the Sacramento area...

I use a program called Oribtron to track several satellites. You choose which ones to track, ISS is on the list.

Neat program... .Turns your screen into something like what you see at NASA control centers.
