My youngest emailed from Albaquerque. The apartments next to them were busting water pipes. Might have to send longhandles and hopefully not rent money.

The weather looks to be improving - maybe above freezing today and into the 50's over the weekend. Then the work begins. . .

It was cold. I only lost the water pump accumaltor tank. I sure was worried when the rolling electrical outages occured.
