Staying Alive - Rita Hayworth - Dancing

I hope I covered everything in the title.

This is a video that someone has taken a lot of time to compile.

This is the email narrative I received and it fits well so here it is in quote:
"This is outstanding..... Someone had a lot of fun with this and spent hours putting these clips together. Most of the people in the clips were deceased before the Bee Gee's recorded "Stayin' Alive." Whether you are a Bee Gee's or Rita Hayworth fan or not...you are going to enjoy this! Music may change, but the moves are timeless. Look for Gene Kelly, Frank Sinatra, Gene Nelson, Larry Parks, Fred Astaire, Phil Silvers and others having fun dancing. Love those Bee Gees!"

Staying Alive

My post for the day - well maybe.

THAT was amazing. I have never known much about Rita Hayworth, but I have always been a Bee Gees fan. Now I can't wait to see the Hayworth movies. She was absolutely beautiful and looked like she had so much fun in her movies.

And whoever put video that together knew those movies well, and her dance moves, I would think, and did an excellent job. Thanks so much for sharing that.

I really enjoyed it.

That was great. Thanks Wayne. Always love the Bee Gees, but also love Gene, Fred, Rita, and the others.

Imagine Gene and Fred dancing to the Bee Gees, great video Wayne.

It was the movie On the Town with Gene Kelly (Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra got all the women) that convinced me as a young boy I would join the Navy when I grew up.

So, Dennis, How did that work out? Did you learn to dance like Gene Kelly and sing like Sinatra while in the Navy? More importantly.........did you get all the women?

Can't dance, couldn't carry a tune in a bucket, but got the one woman I wanted, still have her.

Same happened to me Dennis, except Air Force instead of Navy. (I do however sing QUIETLY in the shower, sometimes)

The Marine Corps issued my wife to me, going on 52 years in March.

She's also a Marine.
