We use a rental management company for our rent property and are very pleased with the results. One tenant has been with us for 10 yrs and the others are at least 6 yr renters. We kept our S&B so we can be winter Texans (snowbirds). If either one of us has bad health, we have a place to come back to. Stephanie has had a debilitating stroke, (11 yrs ago) and two brain surgeries because of a fall Aug 3. As soon as she's ready, we'll be back on the road. We are sloooowly getting rid of stuff but I can't see selling it right now. But things do change.
