Fantastic Vent was bought by Atwood recently. I needed a part and was wondering if they kept the practice of replacing parts for free. They did. Now that's Fantastic. My part is on the way ( UPS ) at no cost to me.

That concerns me.. Attwood does not have the best customer service record. It may be that they have not yet had time to "Revamp" Fantastic's fantastic service dept to their own "Are you a dealer" NO, CLICK department.

My experience is opposite yours. Just this week I ordered and recieved screen door parts and had excellent customer service and have had tech support help in the past from the WH techs.
