I was going to post this in the Military section but it is not RV relate. It is however a fine testimonial to our aging military retirees of which I am one.

Wow - the presentation isn't as flashy as others I've seen, but the message is gripping . . . thanks.

Thanks, I really appreciated that rememberance.
Sometimes you can forget anyone cares when the funding keeps getting reduced for the VA facilities.

Many have given much for this country.
Again Thanks,
from a female Vet who is married to a 20 year career vet of the USN.

Don,

I thank you sincerely. Being one those who sometimes feels forgotten and misused, I certainly appreciate it when someone like Mary comes along and shows me that there are still those who care.

My thoughts, I served in the NG and RA for a short time, all total 6 yrs. I think that a lot of people think that freedom is free, we know different, it comes at a great cost. I think everyone should fly the flag everyday. Treat vets with honor, they answered the call. The greatest generation is passing away at the rate of about 1600 a day, if you know one, treat him or her with great respect. Be a great friend, we just lost one who went through the South Pacific, what a neat man. We will miss him. God bless each and every one of you.
