Teachers & Concealed Hand Guns?

In the wake of the Sandy Hook tragedy,
one potential proposal is the arming of educators.

What are your thoughts to this proposal?

Logic, at this time, seems to point in the direction of arming select teachers. With the proper training perhaps the number of innocent kids killed would have been reduced. Just really don't know?

Sort of a fragile subject in light of what has gone on and the emotions on either side of the issue of guns.
Had there been an armed teacher, principal, janitor or maintenance worker on the scene we might not have lost these innocent people. Here in Georgia a few years ago we had a situation were a student who decided to shoot up the school. I cannot recall the number shot (maybe 2??) but a teacher with a handgun in his car was able to retrieve it and stop the carnage. Gun laws only stop ownership of weapons by law abiding persons.

Give it a break folks. This is a conversational forum and RVers do have other interests too.
If you don't like the topic, don't read it.

BTW, if this topic is deleted, then all references to firearms must also be deleted. Even the older ones.

iRV2's rules do not permit the general discussion of firearms, so we are closing this thread.
