We are near the fires, but not close enough that we are in any danger. The fires are at this time in several different local areas. People are trying to save their homes by watering down their homes and yards. Arlington, Colleyville, Mansfield and Kennedale so far. Oh, my now another in Fort Worth. It is jumping all over the place. It is on CNN if you are interested. I have not seen anything like this before in our area. People loosing their homes. Keep these people, emergency workers and the fire fighters in your thoughts and prayers. I have not heard of any deaths so far, just property damage.

Update: This is crazy. The fires are starting all over the place, even as far South as Grandbury, which is an hour away. Now also in South Dallas and Joshua. We are only about 15 to 20 miles away from several. We live in Midlothian which is about 11 miles from Mansfield. The wind is currently blowing away from us to the North. The wind is suppose to change latter. This is out of control.
