Thank you Atwood for great Customer service

I want to thank atwood for great customer service I went to crank my rv and the battery was dead
I pushed the battery boost switch and it started I let it run to charge the battery started testing everything and the level legs did not light up I checked and had 12 volts going to the board so I figured
a bad board I called atwood and talked to a lady and she had me unplug the 6 pin connector then unhook the battery cable for 5 minutes then hook the power back up and plug the 6 pin connector back
in and that worked she said anytime you have a low voltage problem this might happen the jacks work
off of the engine battery I did not get her name but thanks for great service.

Her name is Sue Noles. She's got to have nerves of steel and the patience of Job with all the problems people have had with Atwood Level Legs. I've replaced six so far. Two (the same position) since Christmas. When they work they're great. They'll get you closer to God because everytime you punch the button you start praying.
