Thank you Les Schwab tire center

Georgie Boy 33'
New to RVing and not knowing much about them , I am in a small town on the Oregon coast named Seaside. after trying to check and add air in my tires at different gas stations in town , it seems all I did was lose pressure.
Wondering where I could find a compressor with enough power to go to 85 psi. There is a Les Schwab in town so I went there. I asked if I could use their hose? One of the guys there wasn't busy and said sure.
I pull to the hose and he grabbed the tire gauge and started checking .
I did not know that I need to remove the beauty rings I didn't even know they came off so easy! Anyway-- he removed what he needed and checked all 6 tires - replaced beauty rings and sent me on my way. No Charge!!
I have always heard that Les Schwab stood behind their tires... but they
go above and beyond

Thanks,
Clay Bryant

I have done business with them for well over 45 years and can report the same
service and have had several flats or leaks repaired for free.

I've used Les for many years, had a few flats and one road hazard guarantee that they replaced , no questions asked. I travel a lot of states they have shops at and its so nice to just pull into a shop somewhere and have tires checked, and feel good about it. If I need new tires I buy from them.

They saved my bacon when I had two trailer tires blow out at the same time in the Nevada desert 10 miles from Winnemucca .
Made me a Les Schwab believer.

Too bad we don't have them around here :(

good on you for giving an atta boy for good service - we always hear about the not so good service !!!

FYI, just rec'd my 8pc. Portable Air Compressor: Take Craftsman Power to Go with Sears
after suggestions by many on this forum and LOVE it... tested it by plugging it in... letting it air up to 150 psi and then unplugged and aired up my trail air hitch to 100 psi without issue !!!

Love it - will store in basement plugged in and use the 25 foot coiled air hose to get to all my tires, etc....

(NOW it goes on sale ?!!? )

Les Schwab is the greatest! I wouldn't buy tires from anybody else unless I had to. (They don't sell some types).

And one of the best things about them is their hundreds of locations, many of them in the teeny-tinyest of small towns. Had a slow leak fixed (no charge) last year at Les Schwab in Davenport, Washington (population 1700, probably including the dog that sleeps all day in the middle of the main street...)

Best customer service of any company, anywhere!

Never heard of Les Schwab until this thread. Where are they located? Any shops in AZ or Southern CA?

Glenn

The dog doesn't sleep there anymore, they painted a big wide yellow line down the middle. It will cost you $300.00 to cross it. Davenport is where we shop, live 25 miles north in the summer.

I agree Les Schaub is great, I got my new Bridestones from them.

He'll be back as soon as the line blows away...unless they paved the main drag, too!

Thanks for the link. Been a long time since I was there. Was stationed at Fairchild and rode motorcycle through Davenport many a time.
