Thanks to a Vendor

I want to say a public thanks to Jon Brazel of Brazel's RV Repair, for saving my RV future.
My DW fell out of the RV backwards and landed flat on her back, not from the bottom step but from the top fifth step.
Jon and I have been working on the 2012 Northwest Meet & Greet, Jon gave us his RV park of 19 spaces and has really gone out of his way to make sure we have a great time.
I mentioned to Jon that because Rita could not get up the steps, there was a good chance we were done and would have to turn control and planing over to someone else--He came through again and offered to install a Handi-Lift on my rig in May just before the M & G, for a great price.
WE ARE BACK TO RVING AGAIN THANKS TO A GOOD FRIEND WE HAVE NEVER MET, But Friday we are going to make the 86 mile trip to shake his hand and say THANKs in person.

Larry and Rita

Don't pray for a blessing--Pray to be a blessing.

My wife fell out on the last (bottom) step in front of our neighbors, I think the only damage done was to her pride. Now I am thankful it was not the top step!

Thanks for sharing, Best wishes and our prayers to your wife.

We gotta watch those steps....

I slipped on the top step exactly six months ago today and broke my fall onto concrete with the palm of my hand, resulting in my left shoulder fracturing like an egg shell.

I am waiting for the day when travel will no longer be possible. I had 9 vertebra fused/pinned last year and just had a knee re-replacement (still much pain).

I can still make it up the 5 steps to the inside of the RV because there are sufficient handholds to allow me to pull myself up. Two summers ago we were in Billings, MT and I fell in the MH. BW had to ask the neighbors to help get me up. Gads, I hate that.

But I am thankful for what RV fun we have had and pray it will continue a while longer.
Wretched excess is just barely enough.

Jon Brazel is a stand up guy, and a real asset to the RV community. I have never met him, but when we finally get out that way, his place is on the itinerary.

Larry, So happy you and Rita are able to continue traveling and hope she recovers quickly. Hats off to Jon Brazel. Confirms my opinion of the people in the RV community. It is refreshing to hear good things instead of complaining. Safe travels.
