I always thought the best salesman was the guy who first sold oysters on the half shell. Love em myself but the first guy to eat one must have been really hungry.

As a sidebar, the only purpose for a fridge in Alaska is to prevent everything from freezing.

First
I think you're right about oysters. But who was it that first looked at a lobster and said 'let's eat it!'?
I've called them water breathing cockroaches since I took entomology in college. Lobster & cockroach are right next to each other in phylum Arthropoda.

Complete with claws that say - I dare ya! Can ya imagine if cows had claws of similar proportion. It was a brave man that said - hey try this milk. But not sure we would know what milk or steak was if claws were involved. Now imagine those claws on cockroaches.

You can call it anything you like but you can't convince me that there's anything better than broiled lobstah smothahed in buttah. Although crab and crawfish come close.
Now, that's what I'm talkin' about!

Seems you're quite the salesman yourself! Would be hard to mess up a spread like this. So far as I can see, we're just looking for a time and place.
