The dog does not know he is homeless

The dog does not know he is 'homeless'.........

No wonder they say "Man's BEST FRIEND."
This is such an interesting picture- This man
may be alone and have nothing-BUT he has
some form of companionship. And its just enough....
to keep going for tomorrow.
What a beautiful picture and wonderful thought.

A dog has a never ending love for us humans.

The dog is content just to have his own human. I hope his human is content to have him.

When I saw that picture for the first time, it made me cry. They each have each other and they keep each other warm. Why do we send so much money overseas to strangers and let our US Citizens rot in hell?

this is such a touching picture of the love of a homeless man and his dog. it is obvious they both love each other... my husband is always getting after me for giving to people i come upon that look needy, i'm sure some are hustlers, boy would i love to live near this man, i would certainly reach out to help him. people who love animals are usually the best kind of person, who know this may be a service person who has ended up on the streets.

Thank you for sharing. You just reminded me of how unconditionally we are loved by our pets. God bless that man and his friend.

Thanks Cliff for such a wonderful picture. I agree with the other posters that charity should begin at home, to many people in need in the US.

I look at this and see two, that for whatever reason have become homeless, and have found each other. There could never be a more pure love than we receive from our four legged companions. Thanks for sharing this. Just when you think things aren't going very well for you this should bring you back.
As I type this my little guy is laying in my lap. I feel sure he would give his life for me and I hope I would do the same for him. Had a scare a few weeks ago when he came down with pneumonia and I nearly lost him. Thanks to a good Vet and some sleepless nights he is back and good as new.
I pray these two have better days ahead but for now they have each other to see them through. It touches my hart. Thanks again for sharing And bringing us all back to reality.
