For everyone sitting around watching it snow, ponder these mysteries....

Why does rain drop for snow fall?

What disease did cured ham have?

What's the difference between unique and very unique?

We put in our two cents, but only get a penny for our thoughts. Who gets the extra penny?

When do you become important enough to be considered assassinated and not just murdered?

Can you cry under water?

Who decided that a round pizza should be put in a square box?

When you get to heaven, are you stuck for eternity wearing the same clothes you were buried in?

Why did we put a man on the moon before we realized it would be a good idea to make luggage with wheels?

Why are actors IN movies but ON television?

Why do toasters always have a setting that burns the toast?

Why does grass grow where you do not want it and not grow where you do?

Why do we say we slept like a baby when they wake up every two hours?

Why do we pay to get to the top of tall buildings, then pay to use binoculars to look at things on the ground?

If a deaf person goes to court, do they call it a hearing?

What is a Japanese maple tree called in Japan? (Ans: Baby's Palm)

We say, "It's Greek to me." What do the Greeks say? (Ans: It's Chinese to me.)

If we don't care that Jimmy cracked corn, why do we still sing about it?

Why does Goofy stand upright and Pluto stand on all four feet? They're both dogs.

Do "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star" and "The Alphabet Song" have the same tune?

On Gilligan's Island, the professor could make a radio out of a coconut. Why couldn't he fix the hole in the boat?

If Wile E. Coyote has enough money to buy all that stuff from ACME, why doesn't he just buy himself dinner?

Can you drive in the car pool lane if you're driving a hearse with a corpse in it?

Why does a dog get mad at you if you blow in his face, but then stick his head out the window when you take him for a car ride?

If the "black box" of an airplane is indestructable, why don't they make the entire plane out of it?

Why is vanilla ice cream white when vanilla extract is brown?

If laughter is the best medicine, who's the idiot who said they 'died laughing'?

If money doesn't grow on trees then why do banks have branches?

Why are the little styrofoam pieces called peanuts?

Why does the Easter bunny carry eggs? Rabbits don't lay eggs

Why does caregiver and caretaker mean the same thing?

Why are there interstate highways in Hawaii?

On Gilligan's Island, how did Ginger have so many different outfits when they were only going on a 3 hour tour?

Why is the word "abbreviation" so long?

What's another word for thesaurus?

When companies ship Styrofoam, what do they pack it in?

If a stealth bomber crashes in a forest can anyone see it?

When it rains, why don't sheep shrink?

What do you do when a endangered animal eats endangered plants?

If someone with multiple personalities threatens to kill himself, is it considered a hostage situation?

Is there another word for synonym?

Isn't it a bit unnerving that doctors call what they do "practice"?

What is the speed of dark?

Whatever happened to Preparations A through G?

Have you ever imagined a world with no hypothetical situations?

If man evolved from monkeys and apes, why do we still have monkeys and apes?

How do they get the deer to cross at that yellow road sign?

What was the best thing before sliced bread?

Whose cruel idea was it for the word “Lisp” to have a “S” in it?

Lexicon. Although, when I looked up lexicon, thesaurus wasn't one of the words listed.

LOL~Just ran across this thread. Sounds like things are a little SLOW down Texas way while waiting for the 'travel season'...

There ARE many mysteries in life to ponder. If someone could please explain: What is it about driving around in an automobile by one's self, that makes a lot of people want to pick their nose? Do they think no one can see? Riddle me that, Batman! Bob

Another one. What for instance is virgin olive oil? What is extra virgin olive oil? Why not just use olive oil? Inquiring minds what to know. Can it be just another marketing scheme, like sea salt has lower sodium per unit than table salt?

Because if the hoity-toity white-tablecloth restaurant drizzles regular OO over your linguine with capons they couldn't charge you $19.95 for it the way they can if they drizzle EVOO on it.

Yep, everyone knows oil with a little "Experience" is better than virgin anyhow!

And I want to live in theory. Everything works there.
