So, is that from the UK or is he picture reversed. The Isetta door handle and steering wheel on wrong side and trailer door on street side. Looks kinda big for UK roads. Looks kinda big for UK roads.

Is that a motorhome or a towable?

I like that little car, it has very futuristic styling!

Looks like a Bus conversion, the car is an Isetta (may be incorrect spelling) there were quite a few in the states in the 60's. The whole front opened for entry.

The car is an Isetta, the ones I've seen were BMWs, although I 've heard some may have been built by another mfr. It is 2 passenger and the whole front end including windshield opens for entry. Originally they were 3 wheelers, but later a second rear wheel was added. don't know what the power plant is, but know it isn't much. Built in Germany Late 40s into the 50s
