These things are a maintenance nightmare

Last year had to replace both air conditioners, will need a new roof shortly, had to replace the kitchen light, need a new awning, had to repair the caulking in the shower, replaced all the lights with LED's, and the list just goes on and on.

I really can't wait to go full time and not have this S&B house anymore.

Confused here. Are the repairs on your S & B or your 2014 MH? If it's the MH, I'd be all over the maker of it for these repairs.

The S&B.

Let me try this again

Last year had to replace both air conditioners, will need a new roof shortly, had to replace the kitchen light, need a new awning, had to repair the caulking in the shower, replaced all the lights with LED's, and the list just goes on and on.

My S&B always has something that needs repaired, can't wait to get rid of it.

Better?

Speak slowly and use visual aids.

Add me to the list of those who at first thought you were talking about your MH. That was until I saw your second sentence.
