Hows this then. Not sure on translation. Kind of ashamed I haven't learned it better with the amount of time we spend in south Florida.

That's what I'm getting at, every time I visit Quebec does that make me unintelligent or illiterate or does it mean that I am unable to grasp the local language? Does that make us a danger while driving over there? Why yes it does. It doesn't make it right that states let them take the test in their language, I guess its a money thing. I'm done.

I went to Nova Scotia, back in '09 and didn't have any problems with the road signs. I don't speak French.

Well, to be effective they would need to be in at least 3 languages around where I hang in the summer... But I do like the idea.

I know of one place where there are 3 signs over the 3 lanes of the ramp/interchange

One is an arrow curving to the left
One is an arrow curving to the right

I will let you figure out which one is on the right or left.

IN the middle between them it just has a big "X" on it.

Yup, every once in a while someone goes straight in that lane.. Usually they stop at the barrier, about 20 feet below the sign.

Sometimes they get past the barrier.. Then they stop next to the rail road tracks.. About 100 feet below the sign. About 2.5 seconds later (Fifty MPH to zero in nothing flat.. OUCH)

Welcome to the Southwest and yes, it is OK to lump one group of people together, especially when that group is ruining your way of life with their graffitie , hit and runs, shootings etc. You get the picture. Oh and one more, Their Pit Bulls !!

We just came back from the Maritimes and the signs are in English and French, which is what they are in most of Canada. Quebec, however, seems to have their own rules and the last time I was there the signs were in French only. I was just wondering if that had changed.

Since we're lumping, how about Timothy McVeigh, the Unibomber, Charles Manson, Ted Bundy? Oh yeah and what about the German Shepard's the police use? Get the picture? I'm sorry for your experiences but don't let a few experiences represent a certain group of people as a whole. I grew up in Pacoima not too far from you so I understand how you feel, as for ruining your way of life, your house and great car don't seem to be affected much, just saying.
