I work nights in a hospital, years ago when Indiana didn't change there time it was never an issue then they decided to be one of those states to start doing it. My first night was not a fun issue when you have a hundred rooms and hundreds of other clocks around the hospital. we have since changed to atomic clocks and most will change all by themselves. I still have to make rounds tonight to make sure they all changed.
