Awesome race for sure. Best ever. A different outcome would have made me happier.

I'm not a Carl Edward's fan but what a class act he has been through the week and tonight. He will be a Cup champion one year.

I was very pleased to not see some form of bad luck take out one of them halfway though the race.
Very good to have it come down the the last lap.
Did you see the list of owner/driver champs over the years.
Quite a short list
Richard Petty
Alan Kulwiki
Tony Stewart

I think Carl Edwards is a classy guy and would have liked to see him win.
But you have to admire what Tony did, coming from the back TWICE. He won two races tonight.

Great race, Great win! Not a big Carl fan, so was happy to see Tony win it.

Tony Stewart put on a driving clinic tonight. It is great to see his maturity after watching him over the years. Being an owner certainly has calmed down his demeanor but has only intensified his driving.
Way to go Smoke!!! Great race, great win, great champion.

Great race. I usually do something else while watching. Today, I sat in my lazyboy in front of the 42 and just watched the whole thing, rain delays and all.

When the rain halted the race, I took a nap. Woke up just as it started again. Just glad that KB didn't win today.
Carl took it with his normal class, but you could see the disappointment in his interview.

That was a lot of fun and excitement waiting until the finish of the last lap before you knew who won. Tony did some incredible driving to get it done.

That was a great race, but I was hoping for a caution flag with about ten laps to go. The 14 and 99 were so evenly matched, it would have made for a fantastic finish!

Now that's the way to end a racing season! Awesome race with two of NASCARS best in contention. Tip-o-the-helmet to Tony for never giving up! Carl will be a champion and remain one of the best spokesmen NASCAR has ever had. He is truely a class act.
I too would have liked to see a caution with 10 to go. Now that would have been a real shootout!

Did not want to see a caution. Then it would have been nothing more than a drag race instead of full race. Tony had already proved himself throughout the entire night by coming from the back twice.
Both drivers and their teams had a great night/season.
