Triclosan: Something bad around your house ?

Triclosan is found in anti-bacterial hand soaps as well as toothpaste, carpets, deodorants, etc., etc.

OSHA does not like it. FDA says it is fine. MSDS are confusing.

I don't really know.....anyone want to chime in ?

I don't know for sure either but there is some evidence that it can be harmful. My DW tossed out pretty much anything she found containing it.
Glad I don't have any on MY label!

Give it a little more time and you'll be over whelmed with TV commercials from (so called) lawyers wanting to sue any company that ever had anything to do with Triclosan....
