Sounds like a lot of fun!
Unless this turns into a 2 or 3 year journey, you are going to "miss" hundreds of places and activities.
I could spend a month traveling the Oregon coast and the Coast Range. We have our own Niagara Falls in the coast range - by name, not fame.
A few places that come to mind that we plan to see or go back to;
Glacier
Wallowa Lake
Steens Mountain
The Newberry Crater
Crater Lake
Lassen
Sea Lion Caves
Astoria
Fort Stevens
Oregon High Desert Museum
Painted Hills - there is more than 1
Ride the trolley in Astoria
Garibaldi train ride
Jerry"s Rogue River Jet Boats

Sounds like a great trip. We did one a few years ago for a month and put on 12000 km. We wanted to see all kinds of things and pushed it pretty hard. Since then we like to take it a little slower and enjoy more. On another note we just did a small trip for 2 weeks in the car and swore next time to take the coach. By time we payed for lodging and meals on the road I don't think it would have cost any more. I hope you have a great trip and enjoy as much as possible, I have to say I am enviuos.

i bet if you did a cost comparison spread sheet and figured it all out it would be cheaper to drive the RV and stay place by place.

Denise and I are headed to the far coast and Newfoundland later this month. All in all it will be cheaper traveling in Tinker than taking the car and staying motels and eating in restaurants.

Been there done that as the saying goes, the motel scene that is. Never again. I like my own bed and the convenience of the coach. Smelly rooms, bad food, just to mention a few things. But not to dampen your trip, it sounds great and you should have many good memories to think back on and for years to come. I hope it is all you hope it to be. Safe travels.

25000 miles? You may want to reestimate!

My bad, I did want to wish you a great trip and fun times and memories. We may pass each other east of Sault Ste Marie on 17. We are turning south at Sudbury and heading for a friends place just outside Nobel.
