Would it be your house and you will invite the entire forum over for a New Year's Eve party?

Maybe a larger picture will help? As to where it is, I don't have a clue....but I'll take a guess.

The Ponderosa from the Bonanza series in the 60's?

Hmmmm...

"The answer will appear on New Years Eve"

There's a letter "C" on the archway leading to the front door.

The setting and style of house looks to be southwestern or at least an area where winter weather would be a rarity.

This is a relatively modern house (20th century) being that it has an attached garage.[/list]I wouldn't consider his house would be that famous, but could it be the home of Dick Clark?

Ok.. Nix on the Ponderosa ranch...I have been there before - there was NO asphalt up to the front PLUS you will not find palm trees (in the right back side of pic) in the Sierras (but the C did make me think of the "Cartwrights' also!!)

My first thought was the Roy Rogers home when he lived in So Ca...but it looks too modern.. soI am still contemplating...

I don't have a clue where the house is and I won't even attempt a guess, but this is a very fun post. I will check back often between now and New Years Eve to see what others think. I can't wait to find out.
