Our porch is very large.) I did take pictures of the soggy box and packaging. I figure he ran out of bags because it has rained off and on for over a week. (He was probably too lazy to replace the bags.) The shipper was smart enough to place the radio in a plastic bag. He probably shipped before at Christmas and knew UPS used temp. help at this time. I have installed the radio and works great, so I will just drop the whole thing. I do believe UPS should not use this lazy, uncaring guy again.
I would send a letter and the pictures right to the CEO in Sandy Springs...and I remember all to well, having to get the answers to a Presidential complaint....it's the only way it is gone get better...or go over to Griffin and have a talk with the Center mgr or even better the Division Mgr....
Then stop at the Blind Pig in Jackson for some great BBQ...Chuck
