Weather at Fort Lauderdale this winter

This is the first year we spent in South Texas.
Cold day 59 F and colder night 45F. Uge day and night difference compared to Florida.
How has been the weather this winter in Fort Lauderdale area?
For us , no more Texas winter

You talking about liquid sunshine ? We get our share and that's good. Look at what California is going through.

Here in the Tampa area, we've met or exceeded all time records quite a few times since the first of Nov. We just broke a string of 8 consecutive days where all time records were equaled or exceeded (low to mid 80's). No excessive rain either. What we do get is generally welcomed (nobody likes crunchy grass!).

We are wintering in Ft. Lauderdale and the temps have been 70 to 89. Cannot complain at all.
