My question is: I have a Chevy Suburban and was wondering if I change my rears from 3.93 over to 4.10 gears, would this increase my GVWR in any way?

The GVWR is set by the manufacturer. Did they offer both rears OEM? Just a thought. In general NO.

No. It is an older 2001 LS model with only 92000 miles. I bought it new at the time.

No, it won't increase the GVWR.

No....GVWR is Gross Vehicle Weight Rating: This is the maximum permissible weight of the fully loaded tow vehicle, without a trailer..

I've never seen a vehicle where the axle ratio affected the GVWR. It's common for it to affect the GCWR which would increase your tow capacity.
I suspect you currently have 3:73, no 3:93. I've never heard of a 3:93.
GVWR is set more by spring, axle, and tire limitations then gearing.
