We're at the Lambrecht auto auction in Pierce, NE

Wow, campers and motorhomes everywhere. We decided to go at the last minuete. Did not have parking aranged in advance but got lucky and got a nice close spot for $20 for the day. Not bad for our 35' coach. They are expecting 10,000 people to attend. Should be the biggest thing to happen in this town of 1800 residents. They are parking cars on the driving range at the golf course next door to the auctiin. It rained pretty good over night. That will make it interesting.

Had to wait till we got home for the photos.
We left the auction at 11am.
We Pulled into town at 4am found a parking spot at 6:00.
Took it all in and got out while the getting was good. The line of cars still coming at 11:00 was over a mile long.

You can go to proxybid to see the results of the auction.

this is my bad photo of Rutlidge from Top Gear. They will cover the auction on the history channel tonight at 8, 7 central.

Lot's of Radiators and carburetors missing.

That Barney Fife red cop light brought $1700.00 dollars and the white pick-up hub caps in the box brought $700. Several sts of hub caps brought $300-$400.

Tanner Foust

Line to the toilet.

campers on the golf course.

there were lots of old cars for sale.

The driving range holds a lot of cars at $25 apiece.

This neighbor made a small fortune parking cars and campers on his acreage.

I started that way from the iRV2 rally but ended up in OKC instead. Thank you for the pictures, all in all it looks like it could have been a pretty good time.
