While a page is loading in this window, I've got another pulled up and looking at it. I usually keep about 3 open at a time.
And I am listening to Eli Young band CD right now.

My mind will usually only do one thing at a time. More than that and I start screwing things up

Ignoring DW is a good start, right?

I have three screens going right now, with two computers. The iMac has dual screens so I can be doing two things simultaneously, or switch between programs on any screen. typically I'll have a few open at a time. The other is the old XP laptop sitting next to me that seems to have a problem that I'm working on.

In all cases it allows me to ignore DW, except when she just walked in and handed me some new sauce she is cooking. Um-mm! Good! I don't ignore her when it is food related. She's a gourmet cook and it is noticeable with my perfectly round shape. Round is a shape you know.
