The name Wendy MEANS wanderer...and that's what I do best. 16 years as a half-timer, first year as a full-timer :-)

I am the proud owner of a 1972 Mustang Mach 1, that I am slowly restoring from the ground up. Hopefully will one day be one of my trailered tow vehicles.

Nicknamed for the cartoon character back in high school because of thick glasses & near sightedness. Hadn't thought of it in years & years until asked for an ID by this forum. After $20,000.00 in surgeries, I now can read without my glasses. Now I spend half my time looking for them.

A doc that I work with had two classmates during medical school with the same first name of Scott. To differentiate the two they were each called by their first name and last initial. When he came to town and began his practice the first time I worked with him he called me ScottyP. Being called Scotty has now spread throughout the hospitals I work with (I'm on the sales side of pacemakers) and so it's easier to join 'em than fight 'em.....

My name comes from being a Mom & being a pround newowner of a Monaco - I prefer MonacoMom - but when I signed up- the system did not let me take that name.
You will find my other log on at many other places I am a member of to be FTMom. That nickname is fort "Family Tree Mom" because I love genealogy - so it stands for being a Mom and doing Family Trees!!

One of my husband's favorite shows is the 1996 series Get Smart. Whenever 99 or the Chief would mention to Max that he'd be in serious danger, Max would reply "and loving it!". We're always asked how we like rv-ing....seems an appropriate answer & it also became the license plate on our motorhome.
