Rained on us all day from Sturgis to Mitchell, SD. About 55 degrees. Lots of flooded land along I90.

Midland, Tx. Finally broke our string of days over 100 yesterday. 14 days straight and as high as 110. Combine that with 0.16" of rain for the year. I guess that's why they call it a desert.

A cool 72, sirens went off most of the day and night last night and the day before. Nice change from the high 90s

Low to mid 60s and storming once every couple of hours. We must have gotten 4 or 5 inches by now. Not predicted to dry out until at least Friday. Doesn't bode well for those downstream, who are already dealing with massive flooding.

Low temps and high precipitation have been our lot for months now.

You Bet, that is the only way. Got back from a trip to Lake Oconee and Blackshere Lake, Ga about 2 weeks ago and it was muggy back there and it was in the 90's. Glad to be home to our DRY HEAT.
