What legal documents should we take with??

Sold the house going RVing, everything in storage. Should we bring wills, trusts, medical POA, 2015 tax prep info, tax returns (in case we want to buy a house somewhere). What am I missing and what do I need?? Thanks all

We have our wills in our son's fireproof safe. We carry our driver's license, medical cards, ATM cards, checkbook, credit cards and some money. My wife has a designated area in the motorhome for doctor billings, credit card billings, phone billings, etc. We use our son's address as our permanent address for driver's license, license plates, voting, mail ,etc. When we are on the road our daughter-in-law forwards our necessary mail to us using a credit card of our with her name on it. Our bills are setup for online payments. My wife has hotspot on her phone when we need the Internet That way she can keep up with the bills. We also use Skype to keep in touch with the family, especially the grandkids. We have been snow birds for 12 years. Even when we had a park model for 7 years as our Summer residence we still used this setup. Enjoy your adventures.

If you have a pet, take their medical records and proof of vaccination.

We carry a copy of the titles to our vehicle in addition to the basic. SS cards stash in the safe at our daughters.
Anything can be overnighted to us

Be real careful carrying any original legal documents with you that you really don't need immediately in your RV. If you should have a fire, all will be lost.
We leave everything where our daughter or son in law can get to them if we need them.

If your planning on changing your domicile state, we needed certified copies of our birth certificates in South Dakota. The hospital certificate wasn't good enough. Just saying.

We also use our daughters address and she is on our checking account. We have a safe deposit box with all the important papers and she has access to it if we need her to send it to us. All bills are received by email and paid with billpay. We only carry our passports when we know they will be needed. We do keep all the pet info and vehicle info with us.
