I picked Classical since it's a radio button poll, but that does not even come close.
To that add:
Filk (Folk music of Science Fiction)
Folk
Country
Popular
Rock
Classic Rock
and some others.

About the only thing I don't listen to is "Rap" which ....

Well look at it this way.. If you talk to someone like Domingus and ask him what he does he will say "I sing songs"

Singing is the vocal component of Music

If you ask one of the more famous rappers what they do the answer will be something like "I do Rap"

Poetery is done,, Music is Sung.

I listen to my DW barking at me over my driving and the dogs whining. I may have it backwards but you get my drift.

Everything:
Metal, rock, pop, bluegrass, classical, country AND western, some hip hop, folk. Everything. Don't care for the new " autotuned" country and pop, some is ok, but I can hear the difference and it makes the music sounds much the same. I miss real singing.

50's, 60's & some 70's Rock, good instrumentals (Percy Faith, Ferrante & Teicher, Hugo Winterhalter, etc.), Ray Coniff, Sergio Mendez & Brazil '66 type easy listening, Big Band, some C & W? (Johhny Tillotson, Marty Robbins, Patsy Cline & Conway Twitty genre), Jimmy Durante, Satchmo, Bobby Darin, Four Seasons, etc.

You know, the real stuff (but then Steve McQueen, John Wayne, Clint Eastwood & a few others are still on my all-time favorites list).

Rap & Hip-Hop? Well, that cr@p belongs in cities on another planet, the Great Rift Valley or in a Zoo. I find it offensive and extremely irritating.

But I'm an old patriotic 'born in the USA' former military conservative guy that still believes in the greatness of the American people, even if they do stupid things every now and again.

Most anything except rap/hip hop, opera, and today's music.

But mainly oldies, big band, smooth jazz.

When I want pleasant background music, I tune the radio to what they call New Age, (which as far as I can tell is just outstanding instrumental music) or in the car its Christian rock or classic gospel.

While I don't mind oldies rock or hillbilly tunes and will listen to it if nothing else is available, I don't seek it out.

Live bluegrass is another story- we will drive out of our way for that.

No Metal choice this time? I like stuff like Disturbed but since the tunes mostly come from DWs Ipod connected to the house stereo I go with what she has in it and it is rock. She likes some stuff I can't stand but will scroll through and find mutually agreeable tunes. Sorry cowboys, no country.

Want to hear what your grandchildren are listening to? The Mrs. put on a TV show, including videos about Lady Gaga to see what all the hype is. Must say I hated the "music". Here are some lyrics "Let's have some fun,
This beat is sick, I wanna take a ride on your disco stick"
What do you tell little kids when they ask what a disco stick is? Believe me, even if they aren't supposed to be, they are listening to Lady Gaga and seeing the videos. The videos should be at least R rated BTW.
