PEACEKEEPER6, Thanks for that. I'm 76 years old and still dig the hell out of SRV I was mighty saddened when I heard of his demise in an airplane accident. Never heard anybody play the guitar like he could. What a blues musician..

Speaking of good country music, Oh, weren't we? Oh well, we are now, last weekend we went to a place in Louisburg Kansas, (50 miles south of Kansas City on 69 highway) called Middle Creek Opry. We caught the Bellamy Brothers concert. They played for 2 hours with no breaks and no B.S. between songs. They were every bit as good as they were 35 years ago. "Let your love Flow", "If I said you had a beautiful body", "Old Hippie", "Dancin Cowboys". It was a great evening and a great, but cozy, venue. Can't wait to go back. If you ever get to Louisburg Kansas, this is a must. Good Travlin',

Can't vote. I am a musical mutt, as well as my wife. We listen to a variety, and rarely listen to one more than any other. The only thing we don't really listen to is rap, although there are a few I listen to on rare occasions.
We have playlists that we listen to that are a mix of country, rock (all generations of it), metal, gothic, classical, etc etc, so you never know what will come on next :]
