'52 Willis Jeep Dad bought from a military surplus guy. I was 13 and drove that jeep all over the farm and the neighboring farms and woods. Funny how no body cared then, of course every body knew everybody else and all the farms were farms, not subdivisions. And we were always careful not to go across crops or bother something we shouldn't. Top speed in high range, 3rd gear was about 45mph. When i finally did get my license and drove it on the roads, I got greedy with the speed going down a long hill and slung a rod. I think Dad sold it after that.. wish I still had it!
