One of our first trips out was in a KOA with unlevel sites, shocker I know. We were new and didn't know better and had raised the front tires off the ground. The nice gentleman next door started talking to me and steered the conversation to let me know that was not a good idea. I thanked him, and releveled manually.
I appreciated his wisdom.

So if your level let's raise your wheels off the ground to level up, either move sites or put something under the wheels or?

Front tires off the ground, not a problem. Sometimes you don't have a choice if you want a particular spot.
Rear wheels is a no no.

that makes sense. I guess I would try to put blocks under the front in that situation and let off the jacks, but not sure I could carry that many blocks of wood 
Next question - what in the heck is that holding your sewer hose off the ground (levellers?) and WHY?

yes - rear wheels for your brakes - tires on de ground...
and he is using a sewer support like I have - makes it much easier to drain then having to pick up the length of full 3 inches of 'water' to drain
