In restaurants, people who let small children play with the containers of jelly or other items the next customer might use.
People who sit small babies on top of the table(no telling if the diaper is clean or not)

You gotta love dash cams, (when needed) for stuff like that.

I've noticed where other people will sometimes pick up those "trinkets" in a doggie bag and leave them on the violators door step.

How about when you tell someone thank you and their response is, "no problem". What ever happened to "your welcome"?

Exactly. Tells you a lot about their character or lack of.

The worst ones were the few I have encountered who couldn't decide whether to speed up and get ahead of me or slow down to merge in behind me. Then there was that panic on their face as they realized that their lane is ending and they are still right beside me. And I sat there not knowing what they are going to do. The guy who hit his brakes to fall in behind me was ready to move over just behind my coach and did not appear to realize that I had a tow car behind me. I sat there waiting for the impact, which fortunately did not occur.

It's Spring break so my current peeve is the kids, and parents who should know better, walking, running and playing in occupied RV spaces.

People who merge onto the interstate in the acceleration lane in front of you but they don't accelerate That usually makes me come off of cruise and lose momentum.

Dan yep, that's a good one .
Another is the o Es who merge onto the hiway , immediately go across several lanes to the far left lane .....
So they can make everyone behind them go that speed

Ah, but if you got over, no one would tailgate you. See how that works?

I hate it when people don't clean up, but since I do clean up, I have the right to walk anywhere with my dog.
