We've been there several times. The first time we spent at the Crater Lake National Forest campground. The next time was at a Horseshoe Bend NF campground at a much lower altitude.

We're at home wishing it would get warmer. Temps in the high 30's at night (we've had frost) and high 40's to low 50's during the day. Trees are turning nicely. Our road in to our development has great color, green evergreens, red maples, golden brown oaks, and one yellow tamarack (we need to transplant more of them). Hoping for a bunch of warm days for one last time for camping.

Just sitting at home awaiting Monday morning. We are planning to head up to Cluxewe campground on the north of the island to whale watch and relax.Cluxewe Resort - Kwakiutl Welcome

Last of the Toy Run committee stuff is over and put away. We made a reported $65,000.00 in cash and approximately $70,000.00 in toys this year for the areas underprivileged children. Now its time to play again.
