We'll be the same place we have for the last two months. Hagerman National Fish Hatchery. Those of you heading to Oregon, stop by and visit. We are in Southern Idaho about 10 miles off I84 in Hagerman, Idaho.

Sounds like Oregon is the place to be. We will start at a family reunion in the NE corner, a stop at Pendleton for the Underground Tour, then to the coast. Beginning around Coos Bay and working north, all the way to Ft Stevens, then back home along the Columbia to eastern WA.

I'll put our iRV2 sticker on our Tradewinds, maybe we'll cross trails!

FWIW, those of you who like to post campground reviews/reports would have far greater impact if you posted them on RV Park Reviews :: Home. Many more people will see your review there than will find it on this Forum IMHO.

IMHO, Why not post on both? Type review in word, then cut and paste.

Still at home, unfortunatly. DW had rotator cuff surgery six weeks ago. She had a partially detached tendon and two partial tears on the cuff muscles. She goes to see the surgeon nest week and should be relieved of the sling, but there's about another 8 weeks of therapy after that.

Son and wife and 8-month old grand-daughter will be coming over from Japan mid-August for 10 days or so, so it doesn't look like we'll get more then one trip in early September before the season here in Washington and Oregon closes down.

We are planning on taking our time, so we can pull over at any viewpoint turnouts along the way and enjoy the scenery.

DW hates planning ahead and is very spontaneous. After 33 of marriage, I have loosened up a bit and enjoy myself without having every little detail figured out in advance.

Enjoy your trip to Jellystone. Always wanted to go there since I grew up with Yogi Bear.
Stop in and see us. We are volunteering at the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse in Newport for the month of June.

Nina, the folks we replaced here at Yaquina Bay were headed down the coast to work at the Cape Blanco Lighthouse. You may be working with them. Their names were Rich and Linda. Very nice folks.

We will be hosts at Bullard's Beach State Park near Bandon, OR in August. I don't think that's too far from Cape Blanco. We'd love to meet you guys.

Terry, I think we met a few weeks back when Donna and I visited the fish hatchery while we were staying in Hagerman. We discussed volunteering in general and I believe I told you then, that we were headed up to Newport, OR to host the Yaquina Bay Lighthouse - Friends of Yaquina Lighthouses.

Anyone going up that way should stop by Welcome to Hagerman National Fish Hatchery. It's really interesting as is the entire area around Hagerman.

I'm impressed with how many forum members are camphosting/volunteering along the Oregon coast. We are currently overnight camping in Austoria and heading north for 1 week from there, but hope to meet up on the trip back.
