Capt' Morgans 90proof coconut, put in the freezer for a couple of hours then pour over ice.
Does anyone remember the soda called Tab? Bacardi and Tab was a fav for a long time.
Also, Scotch and Amaretto
or- Vodka and Amaretto
Or an old fav- Pimms and 7up, slice a cucumber, put 2 slices in bottom of glass, fill with ice, 3 parts Pimms, 1 part 7up/sierra mist... its weird but so good!
