Not whiskey, but Goslings Old Rum is like a single malt scotch, made to be sipped neat, with no ice near it. Excellent flavor. Cost is about that of a decent single malt.

Harry Joe is spot on! I drove part of this tour a couple years ago. My favorite was closed (Maker's Mark) but I did the Jack Daniels tour and it was so worth it!.

One time I was visiting her at her house. She made a pot of coffee and put a shot of Wild Turkey in her cup of black coffee. My eyes about popped out of my head.
We were talking about something and she let a few "F" bombs out in the conversation.:face palm: I looked at her and made a comment about they way she was talking.

"She looked me right dead in the eye and said. I'm over 95 years old and I can talk and say anything I want to, this is my house and she said if you don't like the way I talk, you know where the door is.

It really didn't bother me what she said but she was the type that in my opinion would not S&#t if she had a mouth full.

The Galloping Gourmet, Graham Kerr taught me how to cook with wine... he would slosh a bit in the pot and tip one... so I did that when I cooked. I, of course, poured a glass of wine....

Our condolences on the loss of Aunt Edna but I wish all our families had a similar aunt. We could all use the inspirations, as we get to much P.C. in the world today.
