There's no way they're going to get rid of this "give away" program..... We the tax payers will continue to fund these projects until we have nothing left to fund them with.

There is a professor at a highly respectable college that at the beginning of each new class he asks the class to write down the five things that they "expect" their government to provide for them. Their collective answers were as follows.
1. a good job
2. a home
3. health care
4. food
5. a decent wage
anyone see the problem with this mindset ?

My 22 yr old college student who has 2 part-time jobs, lives rent free, has a car we gave her, doesn't pay for insurance, and is on our cell phone plan called to say she broke her 2nd iPhone in 3 mos. She wanted us to buy her another. Ummmmmm, NO! Fix one of the 2 you broke honey. Get a good case this time too, or maybe buy yourself a more durable phone. I swear, we're raising morons! Entitlement generation for sure and hubby and I have to take some of the blame. She graduates from nursing school with a BSN in December and should have no problem finding a job. Can't wait to have another kid off the payroll so to speak. I can't get my RV till these kids stop bleeding us dry!! Don't get me started on the government plan - Geesh!!

We have an older daughter who is married and has a baby. Our grand son (4 mos) is not demanding........yet. But I already see what you mean. When that baby smiles at me, I'm ready to run out and buy a pony!

Absolutely not true - it's a program that's been around for decades in various forms - and this company is obviously abusing it. Are you upset about the program, or about the abuse? Read the disclaimers on StandUp Wireless' home page. Either that, or Faux News set them up...but that would never happen. Right?
