Winter still hanging on in MO!

Well looks like we will be staying in MH a couple days! Our power is out and it's so wide spread it might be Monday before its back on! Sooo will be giving the Genarator a work out trying to stay warm and cook! Heavy snows here last night and it took poles and lines down. Guess I better go over and put slides out so we'll have a little room!
Stay warm everyone

Stay warm, stay safe.
I have friends who are stuck in southern Ontario, trying to get back to B.C.
Thunder Bay Ont. 8" of snow yesterday, 500 miles to the east a town set a record high temp for the date 25c ( 83f) , it's been a messed up spring everywhere ; and I'm sure the folks along the Red River would gladly share water with those in CA fighting wild fires.

I was in MO last night, rain changed to sleet around 1am, then snow all the way home to Arkansas. Our first Ever snow in May... Good grief... Sorry to hear about your power loss... Been there. About 2400 lost power this morning, but we were lucky this time. Stay warm !

We just arrived back in MO after winter in Texas to be greeted by freezing weather. So much for global warming. At least we did not loose our power.

7" in Des Moines and 13" further north in the state. Today it melts! 70's predicted for next week and it will all be a memory, or maybe I should say a record.

Travelling across the midwestern states over the last few years we noticed how "crispy" things had become. Though this weather put a damper on our travel plans I'm sure that all this moisture this year has been very good for the water table in gerneral. All in cycles. Hope you got powered up and everyone travel safe.
