Wayne, I have been there where the Twin Towers were located. Though you can not go down in the ''pit'' where the towers were located, you can stand at the fence and feel the presence of those who died on that faithful day. I have prayed at the plaque honoring the firemen and police men and all the victims of that faithful day. It is a special place and everyone should go there at least once.
God bless the families of the victims and all who serve this nation ....

Haven't been to NY in years. As a matter of fact the last time I was there the twin towers weren't even built. That is one thing on the bucket list of places I want to go. The memorial looks like a place you really need to visit. At least for me.
