Looks like the whole rig is powered by that outboard motor on the back.

I like the way he tucked the boat into the rear of the rig. The whole things seems to be well done. I hope that truck is big enough to handle the load

That appears to be an engine crane, which doesn't look like it will lower the quad to the ground. Look at hyd cylinder ram travel.
Where is the door on the camper? Perhaps not designed in the Americas, or photoshopped.
