Thumbs down You Did WHAT to My Consignment?

Fife RV Center In Fife, WA stripped a consignment unit for parts?

I wonder how man customers got charge for "new" parts from this trailer?

Dealer mistakenly uses couple's RV for parts

What a dishonest dealer, only bought the unit back once they got the news story pressure. 6 months to get the parts, ridiculous. Purely coincidental that they offered the buyout when the news story came out? Dealer is a lying POS.

I have no idea what I would do! Mistakes happen, but they should have offered to buy it as soon as they found out what happened.

We ordered a Newmar Dutch Star 4090 from a dealer in Fife in 2002, they also had a second location. Just trying to figure out if this is the same dealer. If it is then it's just "business as usual" for them. I'd have to dig deeper into ownership names to know for sure but it does seem to look like it on the surface.
WE finally ended up having to take the rig to Nappanee after the dealer had it for 113 days out of the first 305 days of ownership. But at present I don't know if it's the same dealer.

There's nothing like bringing the news media in to shed a little light on a sleazy dealer. I'm glad it worked out for the older couple. They were definitely being taken advantage of.
