Unhappy 12v electrical issue.1995 pacearrow

I lost 12volt power with key on to my power seat, driver elect window, dash fans. Checked fuses. Checked ok. Battery good. Cleaned and checked connections. Not sure where to go next. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have no diagrams for a Pace Arrow, but most vehicles have what is called a "Fusible Link" supplying power to much of the system. These are just a too-small piece of wire. They are usually near the main engine battery. Because this piece is small, they break frequently and they break inside the insulation so the failure is not obvious.
