I can't get over how nice the interior of the cab looks. I've seen newer trucks look way worse than that. Other than the obvious damage on the cab over ceiling, it looks like it has great "bones" and should be a very satisfying project. Good luck!

Not sure, it doesn't have a belt attatched to the compressor. I will test that later. when I am ready to hit the road!

Which engine does it has. You'll have fun fixing and camping with it.

Do you have any old pictures of that set up? I love these era Dodges. I will keep the updates as I go along

WOW............That old truck is in nice shape. Looks like it even has air conditioning. My dad had the same year of truck with a slant six, 3 on the tree. Way cool.

Thanks!
This will be my 3rd Dodge of that era. I had a 62 with the Slant 6 and 3 on the tree. That was a great truck. I miss it. Sadly it got totalled when it was parked in front of my parents house. I am just glad no one in the car that hit it got hurt.

Also I had a '71 Adventurer when I was a teeny-bopper. It had a 318 auto and I took that out and put in a 440. Added some Cragar S/S wheels and that was a cool ride. I sold it locally and bought myself a brand new set of wheels. I still wish I had it. The guy I sold it to still has it, doesn't drive it, just sits in storage. I've asked him to sell it back to me but he doesn't know what he wants to do, sell it or keep it. It is real minty.

That would be awesome! I hope you can get it back!
Here is my dad helping me. While this Motorhome does drive it has a few fuel leaks I want to fix first (Fuel pump leaks around the seams, carb leaks out of the bowl a little). So to be safe I towed it to where I can work on it. I wish my 66 had that Cummins. man I love driving that truck!
