1967 Little Gem Camper

Any info on this camper would be greatly appreciated. It's a Michigan original.

Just picked this unrestored Gem up in, for its age, exceptional condition. My sister is going to fully restore it to her taste.

The underside is all metal painted red and the frame is a dull yellow.

Can anyone tell me if these are original colors? It sure does look so...

I remember seeing lots of those around when I was a kid. It's odd that there's so little info about them online. You might try the Little Gem Yahoo group.

https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/...mtrailers/info

You might find some answers there.
Good luck with your project, and post lots of pictures when it's done!

This helps a lot. I sent the link to my sister and she is very happy to have a place to go to show off her Gem and get ideas for the refit. Thanks!

The more pictures I see of the same year of this camper, the more I can't believe we found this one is such a great condition. I told my sister that, for an unrestored trailer, this is about as good as it gets and that she has probably the best example out there for this model/year. Yippie!!

Bad Bolt,

Look on here for "Bap". He and his wife redo old campers and I bet he could give her some info. They've done quite a few and their work is beautiful.

Like the camper by the way. Lynne
