1970/71 Skipper 17/18' single axle trailer question?????

What is the dry whieght of a single axle camper like this?? This one says the GVW is 3700 pounds and it seems very light...Has trailer brakes i believe. I just need to know what it wheighs so i know how much i can legally pack in it and the scales around here are not working..? Anyone have an idea? It was made by "Prebuilt" the same company that made Scamper. This one is a Skipper model....
